Toby Brooks

Toby Brooks is the author of Pat Lowther's Continent; the first biography of the late Canadian poet Pat Lowther. (Charlottetown:gynergy books, 2000) Toby worked in shelters for abused and homeless women for many years. She now works as a freelance writer, specializing in clear writing, a style aimed at bringing the printed word to people who have trouble reading.
