S. Elizabeth McGee

Elizabeth McGee is a poet and singer-songwriter. Elizabeth has had her poetry published in several Canadian literary journals including Bywords Quarterly Journal, Bywords.ca, In/Words, Steel Chisel and her poetry featured on CHUO FM radio. Elizabeth was a featured poet at the InWords Magazine (Vol. 13, Issue 1) launch in February 2013 and Bywords Quarterly Journal (Vol.10, No.1) launch in May 2012. Elizabeth’s mononym ‘Vedal Pearl’ has two EP’s 2012's "Kitchen Demo" (recorded in her kitchen), and 2013's 'Between Fisherman' six-song EP. Vedal Pearl is being represented by Community Tree Music, a music licensing agency that supports the licensing of Canadian music to Canadian filmmakers. Elizabeth is a social activist for various causes including mental health, prison reform, LBGTQ rights and issues related to poverty. Elizabeth currently resides outside of the Los Angeles.
