Asoka Weerasinghe
Asoka Weerasinghe is an award-winning published poet and is working on his 18th book of verse for publication. He was a guest poet at the Austin (Texas) International Poetry Festival (2001) and was the Poet-in-Residence at the 'Dylan Thomas Sung and Word Festival' in September 2012, and had the honour to occupy Dylan Thomas' bedroom for seven days at his birthhouse, 5 Cwmdonkin Drive, Swansea, Wales. He resides in Gloucester, Ontario.
