John De Genova
John was an honourable mention for the 2004 “National Capital Writing Award” for poetry. A member of several Ottawa area poetry groups, he has also worked closely with Ottawa poets Michelle Desbarats and Sylvia Adams. Published Works and Short Listings– Poetry/Short Fiction: Dying Mind -- Poetry, Tickled by Thunder, 1999 Far Away -- Poetry, Poetry Guild, 1996 – 1997. Old Man, Look at My Life – Short Fiction, short listed for Canadian Authors Association (Niagara region) anthology, 2000 – 2001.
