Young Choi (Young Ja Choi), Ottawa-based Korean-Canadian poet and Vice President of Korea-Canada Cultural Arts Centre. Overseas correspondent for Dongpo News and Korea Art News reporter. Former President of Korean Literature Association of Canada, King Sejong Institute instructor. Member of Society of Korean Poets, Korean Writers Association, Jongno Literature Association. Debuted 2012 (Munhak-ui Bom). "The Millstone of Time" received Honourable Mention, Polar Expressions Publishing's 18th National Poetry Contest (2025), archived in Library and Archives Canada. Screenwriter for documentary "Far from Home," narrator for musical "The light on Choseon."
