Tammy Storey
Currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Tammy Storey’s writing has been featured in The Institutionalized Review (California), Seagery Zine (Vancouver), Dot Dot Dot (Hamilton), and Pocket Baby Zine (Meanjin/Brisbane). Her first chapbook, "Best Friends," is part of the Toronto Zine Library collection. She is a third-year student in Sheridan College's Creative Writing & Publishing Program, is completing her internship with Ars Medica, one of Canada’s first health humanities journals, and is volunteering with Imprint Magazine as an associate editor for their 2023 publishing cycle. Through her freelance editing work, she particularly enjoys helping people with memoir and nonfiction pieces and manuscripts, and has a profound interest in pathography (illness narratives): a specific genre of literature comprised of stories of being sick.
