Editor’s Notes

Happy post snow storm, readers.

This issue features three poems by three poets: K. Bush, Jesse Patrick Ferguson, and Janice Tokar. Perhaps these poems will distract you from the snow piled up around you.

The wild snow has made early March a time to stay huddled up beneath the blankets and read great poetry. Now that the sun is coming out and the snow is melting, it's time to venture out for readings again. Whether you're celebrating the spring equinox at Fireburn with poets Kathryn Hunt and Sean Zio on March 21 or attending one of the lively St. Patrick's Day music and poetry festivals, you'll have a great time and chase away those winter blues. Check the bywords.ca calendar for more information on all of the great events coming your way.

Thanks to this month's selection committee:

Andrew Faulkner, Stéphanie Lafleur, Pearl Pirie, and Victoria Vernell.
